Building a new home is probably one of the most important decisions and investments you will ever make. At Dryden Contracting, Inc., we understand that. We have built a solid reputation for being a dedicated custom home building team, which truly serves the best interest of our clients. We have been serving the Wiregrass area since 2007 and have built over 80 homes since. We will work with you every step of the way and strive to provide you with a stress-free building experience.
Property and Financing
Many custom builders use different avenues in obtaining financing for your home. We can offer in-house construction financing with certain deposits based on the project size as long as the land and home package are combined as one during the construction phase. Other options include getting approved for a construction loan from the bank with the loan being in the future homeowner's name. Each project is different and depending on what fits your needs best, we will accommodate any and every request to suit your project's goals and desires.
CAD Drawings (House Plans)
Our CAD drafter is truly one of a kind! We will use your dream house ideas, and make it a reality. Using state of the art technology that is Soft Plan 2026, not only can we draft floor plans, we can provide 3D renderings that will give you the most realistic perspective of your future home. Many times clients will have floor plan ideas they found online and want to combine certain aspects from several different plans. We can mold those ideas and seamlessly create a unique floor plan custom to fit your needs.
Construction Process and Selections
The typical timeline to build a home from the time we break ground until you move in is about 6-9 months (for 2,500–3,000 sq. ft. homes, while larger homes can take longer depending on several factors). Our Design Consultant streamlines the process and will walk you through the customization of your home with several meetings spaced out throughout the construction process. Custom is our middle name, and if you can dream it, we can build it!
